Common Questions

• Booking a service: Open the app, choose a service category, pick a provider, and confirm the date and time. You'll receive a confirmation in the app and by email.
• Payments: We support card payments through Flutterwave and PayPal. Cash on completion is available in selected areas.
• Cancellations & refunds: You can cancel a booking before a provider has been dispatched. Refund requests can be submitted from the booking detail screen or by emailing support.
• Provider issues: If a provider doesn't show up or you're unhappy with a service, report it from the booking detail screen. Our team will follow up.
• Account & sign-in problems: If you can't sign in or you didn't receive a verification code, email support@homelinkgh.com from the address on your account.
